"There’s a long road to recovery ahead of us, so stay tuned for our ongoing efforts to help L.A. rebuild,” Bryant wrote on Instagram

Vanessa Bryant is doing her part to help those impacted by the devastating Los Angeles fires.
As residents continue to deal with the harrowing aftermath of the sizable fires that have ravaged the city, many celebrities have reached out to help — and Bryant recently led efforts of her own to help locals affected by the incident.

In a video montage posted to Instagram, Bryant can be seen donating 8,000 pieces of apparel and sneakers to those in need after being displaced by the fires.
“Today, @MambaMambacitaSports took our first step in supporting children and families that had to evacuate their homes due to the LA fires. Over 8,000 pieces of apparel and sneakers were donated to families in need for the LA Strong Essentials Distribution today,” Bryant captioned the post.
“Thank you @Dodgers for hosting 💙🤍 Thank you to our family, friends and new friends that helped distribute apparel and sneakers today! We couldn’t have done this without you. ❤️ There’s a long road to recovery ahead of us, so stay tuned for our ongoing efforts to help LA rebuild,” she continued.
As of Monday, Jan. 20, at least 27 people have died and over 30,000 residents have been displaced, as the multiple wildfires continue, including the largest wildfires in the Pacific Palisades and Eaton, according to ABC News.
Fire containment has increased throughout the 45 miles of the Los Angeles County area, however strong Santa Ana winds are expected in the area from Monday through Wednesday, Jan. 22, the outlet reported.
